We have designed a variety of progressive dies across a number of industries. Typically used for high volume parts, when using progressive dies it is possible to manufacture multiple parts “per blow” or typically in the automotive industry when handed parts are required – both can be produced at the same time. Typical key features:

• Material is fed through the die from a roll of coil.

• There are multiple operations per tool as the part progresses through the die.

• Components made by progressive tools can achieve high accuracy.
