Westley Engineering have been working with MW Designs for almost 10 years.

Before MW Designs was founded, Mark Whitehead started his career as an apprentice at Westley Engineering back in 1986.

I have known both Matt and Mark for more than 30 years, and I have great respect for them and the work that they do to support Westley Engineering.

At Westley Engineering we work with a split of industry sectors 50% aerospace, 30% automotive (heavy vehicles), the remaining 20% defence, building trade etc. MW Designs support us with tool design, we wouldn’t use anyone else, we have full trust in the work that they do.

Over the years they have designed many tools for us and in our opinion are the best in the trade at what they do. The team at MWD are involved in the projects with us right from the start, we send them the CAD model from which they will confirm the operations and layout of the design before quoting, which is usually the same day. The software that the designers use enables us to simulate the tool, so that we can be sure that the tool will work first time and we can deliver the very best service for our customers. It has certainly made my life a lot easier working on projects with MWD over the years.

We hope to be working with MW Designs for many years to come and we would definitely recommend them to any organisation looking for tooling designers.
